Shanghai Qinghao Plastic Pallet Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is located at No. 138, Gongjian Road, Caojing Town, Jinshan District, Shanghai. The company specializes in the production of plastic pallets. Its predecessor began producing plastic pallets in 1992 by introducing a 30,000-gram injection molding machine from Italy. It is one of the earliest enterprises in China dedicated to the manufacture of plastic pallets. The company has obtained certifications for its quality management system, occupational health and safety management system, and environmental management system. It is also a standing director unit of the Pallet Professional Committee of the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing. In 2009, it was named one of the “Top Ten Star Pallet Enterprises in China” by the Pallet Professional Committee of the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing. In 2010, it was recognized as a “Brand Enterprise” by the Shanghai Municipal Committee for Promoting Brand Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises. In 2015, it was awarded the title of “China Pallet Quality Brand Enterprise” by the Pallet Professional Committee of the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing. In 2017, it was honored as a “Enterprise with Outstanding Contributions to the Pallet Industry” by the Pallet Professional Committee of the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing.

The company covers an area of 30,000 square meters, with a total building area of 18,000 square meters. It is equipped with 22 injection molding machines, 7 plastic hot-welding machines, 13 robotic arms, and various types of testing and inspection equipment. Currently, the company offers nearly 200 different specifications and models of plastic pallets, fully meeting the storage and logistics needs of diverse industries. Our products enjoy strong sales across China and are exported to more than ten countries and regions. Over the years, our company has assembled a team of highly specialized professionals dedicated to the research, development, and innovation of advanced technologies. Since 2001, we have been developing and manufacturing flame-retardant pallets for Xi'an Janssen Pharmaceutical, achieving a V0-level flame-retardant rating. In this project, we successfully implemented an advanced structural design featuring built-in steel tubes within the plastic pallets. We also designed and produced flow-line pallets for Shanghai Lianhua Supermarket, whose performance has reached a relatively advanced standard. Through years of experience and continuous technological breakthroughs, we have mastered the key challenge of integrating steel tubes into plastic pallets. In recent years, we have continuously innovated and developed new products tailored to the needs of numerous enterprises. In 2003, we designed and manufactured integrated, single-sided pallets with built-in steel tubes specifically for the Shanghai Changqiao Logistics Center, capable of supporting a load capacity exceeding one ton on high-rack storage systems. In 2004, we developed steel-tube-integrated plastic pallets for the Shanghai Pharmaceutical Logistics Center, fully meeting the requirements of high-speed, automated operations when used on high-rack storage systems. In 2005, we designed and produced plastic pallets for the Beijing Tobacco Logistics Center, specially adapted for use in the tobacco industry. In 2006, we designed and manufactured one-ton, single-piece, built-in steel-tube flat pallets with a “川” (Chuan) shape for the Xinhua Bookstore Logistics Center in Jiangsu Province. In 2008, we created a double-plane “川”-shaped pallet with a deformation of less than 4 mm and a load-bearing capacity of 1.5 tons for the automated warehouse of Zhejiang Xinhua Logistics. In 2012, we supplied pallets for use in automated warehouses to Hangzhou Beinmei Infant & Maternal Nutrition Co., Ltd. In 2013, we customized 1616 flat, double-sided pallets for use in automated warehouses for Nexen Tire of South Korea. In 2014, we provided pallets for tobacco distribution to Hunan Zhongyan Industrial Co., Ltd. In 2016, we specially customized high-strength rental pallets for Shanghai Modern Logistics Investment & Development Co., Ltd. In recent years, we have also designed and supplied pallets for companies including Shandong JinYu Industrial Co., Ltd., Nanjing Kumho Tire Co., Ltd., Sailun Group Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Hengke New Materials Co., Ltd., and Tongkun Group Zhejiang Hengteng Differentiated Fiber Co., Ltd.

In 2020, our company achieved a new peak in production and sales, with continuously increasing output value.
